Return Policy

If the item is undamaged, completely unopened and unused in the original wrapping exactly as received, then you may return the item as unwanted for up to 14 days from the date you receive it. Please note that if the item returned does not satisfy these requirements, we will not accept it.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after confirming receipt of the items.

When shopping with Chase Cards we ensure you that our cards are sourced from approved suppliers.   Chase Cards cannot be held liable for any damage made to products during manufacturing.

If your order gets lost in transit and you report it to us. We reserve the right to offer a replacement rather than a refund. We will always provide tracking information for all orders.
